Accessibility

Different ways to join in.

Play with touch, a mouse or a keyboard. Hints and fresh starts are always available.

Controls

Use Tab to move between links and buttons, then Enter or Space to choose. Pip’s Map Trail also accepts arrow keys while the game has focus. No dragging is required.

Pictures and reading

Game pictures have text labels for assistive technology. Important messages appear in a live status region. Patterns use distinct shapes as well as colour. Grown-ups may want to read the first instructions with younger children.

Spoken help and sound controls

Game instructions and helpful retry messages have character recordings with matching written captions. Sound starts automatically when allowed, or on the first game interaction. Use Sound off for quiet play, or control voice, music and volume separately. Hear again repeats a message; Explain the game repeats the instructions. Visual bells let children follow Music Garden without hearing. Character movement respects reduced-motion settings.

No time pressure

There is no scoring timer. Memory challenge mismatch cards pause briefly before turning back; the always-visible mode removes that memory demand. Peek is available at any time.

Video

English captions are provided on the channel’s episode uploads. Turn captions on in the YouTube player. Playback controls are supplied by YouTube.

Our current checks

This edition is checked for keyboard operation, phone layouts and reduced-motion preferences. We have not completed an independent accessibility audit or user testing with children.
